Small Groups

Here at North Orange, we have a multitude of ways to connect. One of these ways is our small groups. If you are interested in this, please click here and check out the small groups available!

Operation Christmas Child

North Orange is participating in Operation Christmas Child again this year. Pick up a box to fill with clothes, toys, and school supplies now through November 9. Return the box by November 16 and it will be shipped to kids around the world along with the message of Jesus’ love!

Light The Night

Our outreach to the community on Halloween night is THIS Friday, October 31st.

Ways to get involved:
1- Donate prepackaged, individually wrapped candy (on Sunday mornings or in the office during the week M-F, 9-5)
2- Serve at one of our block parties! Sign up with your small group OR individually at the Light the Night table outside. Or email Callie (ccoe@nocc.org).
3- Pray that we would be shine God’s light brightly as we build relationships with our neighbors!

Membership Class

Are you interested in learning more about North Orange Christian Church and what it means to be a member here? Join us for our upcoming Membership Class on Thursday, November 6th at 6:30pm. This is a great opportunity to discover who we are, what we believe, and how you can get connected in community and ministry. Email office@nocc.org to sign up.

Resolved Men’s Game Night

Join us for our game night, Friday, November 7th, at 6:30 pm in the Worship Center and bring a friend! We will have dinner and a game of poker. We play only for fun and bragging rights. Sign up at the events table on Sunday mornings!

Women’s Retreat

LAST DAY TO REGISTER - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26TH!!!

Who: Women (18+)
When: November 8th
Where: Newport Beach
Cost: $50 per person (includes continental breakfast, lunch, reserved parking, and more!)
What: Join us for a day near the beach to connect with other women, worship, pray, and learn more about what it means that you are chosen for God’s table. Click here to register.

Christmas Choir

Our Christmas Choir is getting ready for the Christmas Eve service, and we’d love for you to join us! We meet Wednesdays in the chapel from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Come be part of sharing the joy of Christmas through song!

Worship Team

If you have a heart for worship and want to use your gifts to serve, we’d love for you to be part of our Worship Team! Whether you sing, play an instrument, or help with tech, there’s a place for you.

Church Wide Fast

We will have a Church-Wide Fast on November 15th from Sun Up to Sun Down, where we will be fasting and praying together, calling out to God the many needs we have in our church. If you want to submit to us what you need prayers for, please fill out this form online or fill out a printed form on Sundays.

Memorial Rose Garden

The restoration of our Memorial Rose Garden is complete! The area has been beautifully refreshed with new soil, improved irrigation, 21 new rose plants, and a new archway—be sure to check it out near the office and Fellowship Hall. We’re now adding names of loved ones to new memorial plaques. If you’d like to make a donation of $85 per name (in addition to regular tithes and offerings), please click on this link to let us know and we will follow up with you. Thank you for helping us honor those who have meant so much to our church family.

Treats in the Streets

North Orange Christian Church will have a booth at our city’s “Treats in the Streets” event! Come find us near the circle in Old Town on Thursday, October 30th from 4-7pm and say hello! This is a great family friendly event!

One Night Wednesdays

Kids, youth, and adult programs are taking a break this week (Wednesday, October 29th). Instead, join us at Light the Night on Friday!
We will resume programs next Wednesday, November 5th.

Storehouse News!

The food pantry is now open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2-5 PM.

In light of recent events, we understand there is an increased need for food in our community. Therefore, if you are able, please consider donating! Storehouse is in need of clothing, non-perishable food, and people willing to serve.

Donations can be dropped off at the office during the week.

North Orange Youth Ministries meets in person on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM-8:30PM

WORSHIP ARTS

Our Pastor of Worship Arts is Stephen Ulangca. He can be reached at stephen@nocc.org.
Whatever talents you may have, we would love to hear from you.

STOREHOUSE MINISTRY

Our Storehouse/Food Pantry is now open Mondays and Tuesdays from 2-5 PM.

Volunteers are always needed! If you have free time in the afternoons on these days, consider volunteering. Serving is a pleasure and a joy. If you speak Spanish that would be a plus but it is not required. Donations are accepted at all times in office during office hours and Sundays at welcome table.
