January Winter Retreats

Attention, church body.
We have a couple of winter camps and retreats coming up this January for many different ages.

For 3rd - 6th graders, camp will be January 16th - 18th
For 7th - 12th graders, camp will be January 16th - 19th
For Young adults, retreat will be January 9th - 12th

If you would like to help provide a scholarship (partial or full) to help our students or kids get to camp, you can write a check to North Orange Christian Church and put it in the offering.
- For youth, put “Youth Winter Retreat Scholarship” in the memo line
- For kids, put “Kids Winter Camp Scholarship” in the memo line

Operation Christmas Child

North Orange is participating in Operation Christmas Child again this year. Pick up a box to fill with clothes, toys, and school supplies now through November 9. Return the box by November 16 and it will be shipped to kids around the world along with the message of Jesus’ love!

North Orange Toy Drive

Our church is collecting new, unwrapped toys to bless children in our community who are in need this Christmas season. If you feel led to give, you may drop off your donations in the lobby bins on Sundays or at the church office throughout the week, with all gifts due by December 14th.

Thank you for helping us share the love of Christ in a tangible way this holiday season!

Christmas Choir

Our Christmas Choir is getting ready for the Christmas Eve service, and we’d love for you to join us! We meet Wednesdays in the chapel from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Come be part of sharing the joy of Christmas through song!

Worship Team

If you have a heart for worship and want to use your gifts to serve, we’d love for you to be part of our Worship Team! Whether you sing, play an instrument, or help with tech, there’s a place for you.

Church Wide Fast

We will have a Church-Wide Fast on November 15th from Sun Up to Sun Down, where we will be fasting and praying together, calling out to God the many needs we have in our church. If you want to submit to us what you need prayers for, please fill out this form online or fill out a printed form on Sundays.

Memorial Rose Garden

The restoration of our Memorial Rose Garden is complete! The area has been beautifully refreshed with new soil, improved irrigation, 21 new rose plants, and a new archway—be sure to check it out near the office and Fellowship Hall. We’re now adding names of loved ones to new memorial plaques. If you’d like to make a donation of $85 per name (in addition to regular tithes and offerings), please click on this link to let us know and we will follow up with you. Thank you for helping us honor those who have meant so much to our church family.

Core Gathering

Mark your calendars! Our annual Core Gathering is coming up on December 6th. Join us as we review and vote on the upcoming budget, hear important updates from our ministries, and enjoy breakfast together.

All members are encouraged to attend and participate in the vote.

Turkey Bowl

Youth and young adults! We will be having our annual turkey bowl again this year at Steve Ambrose Park. This event is open to all youth and young adults and their families.

This event will start at 8:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Morning, November 27th!

All-Church Christmas Party

Our All-Church Christmas Party — Jingle Jam is Back!

Join us on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 6 PM in our Worship Center for an unforgettable night of dinner, games, and festive holiday competitions for the whole family!

This year’s theme is “Christmas Around the World”

Bring your friends, bring your family, and let’s celebrate the reason for the season together

Small Groups

Here at North Orange, we have a multitude of ways to connect. One of these ways is our small groups. If you are interested in this, please click here and check out the small groups available!

Storehouse Food Pantry

The food pantry is now open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2-5 PM.

In light of recent events, we understand there is an increased need for food in our community. Therefore, if you are able, please consider donating! Storehouse is in need of clothing, non-perishable food, and people willing to serve.

Donations can be dropped off at the office during the week.

If you’re not sure what to donate, you can visit a list of simple meal recipes by clicking here. These make it straightforward and affordable for people to make delicious meals. You are welcome to purchase the ingredients needed for any recipe and donate them as a complete set.

STOREHOUSE MINISTRY

Our Storehouse/Food Pantry is now open Mondays and Tuesdays from 2-5 PM.

Volunteers are always needed! If you have free time in the afternoons on these days, consider volunteering. Serving is a pleasure and a joy. If you speak Spanish that would be a plus but it is not required. Donations are accepted at all times in office during office hours and Sundays at welcome table.
